Your Role 
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and evolving the backend architecture that powers a complex B2B AI platform. Our backend services process large volumes of structured and unstructured data, orchestrate AI workflows, and expose reliable APIs for both internal services and customer-facing applications. 
 
You will focus on building high-performance distributed systems that are reliable, scalable, and designed for long-term evolution.

What You&rsquo;ll Do 
Architect &amp; Build Scalable Backend Systems 
<ul>
<li>Design and develop backend services primarily using Golang</li>
<li>Build scalable APIs and backend services that power AI-driven workflows</li>
<li>Design systems capable of processing large-scale datasets across multiple tenants</li>
<li>Develop high-performance services leveraging Go&rsquo;s concurrency model</li>
<li>Define clear service boundaries and maintain robust API contracts</li>
<li>Contribute to architectural decisions for distributed backend systems</li></ul> 


Deliver High-Quality Backend Code
<ul>
<li>Write production-grade backend services in Go</li>
<li>Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations</li>
<li>Ensure reliability through testing, monitoring, and observability</li>
<li>Optimize system performance, latency, and resource usage</li>
<li>Debug and resolve complex production issues</li></ul> 


Work with Cloud Infrastructure
<ul><li>Develop and deploy services using AWS cloud infrastructure
</li><li>Work with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) to run and manage distributed services
</li><li>Utilize AWS services for storage, authentication, and compute workloads
</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines</li></ul> 


Collaborate Across Teams
<ul>
<li>Work closely with frontend engineers, ML engineers, and product teams</li>
<li>Support integration of AI capabilities into backend systems</li>
<li>Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning</li>
<li>Conduct thoughtful code reviews and mentor junior engineers</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
Must Haves
<ul>
<li>5+ years of professional backend development experience</li>
<li>Strong experience with Golang
</li><li>Experience in designing scalable backend systems and APIs</li>
<li>Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture</li>
<li>Experience in working with AWS cloud infrastructure</li>
<li>Experience in working with relational databases and SQL
</li><li>Strong debugging, system design, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills</li></ul> 


Highly Valued

<li>Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration</li>
