Our expanding personal injury law firm is looking for a dedicated and hard working individual to join our expanding medical records team. We are looking for individuals to assist us in answering phones, sending out faxes, and making phone calls to medical providers. This is an on site position, which requires daily attendance to our Tempe office.Duties Include but not limited to:<ul><li>Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department</li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>Fill out forms and fax/email them to the appropriate providers</li><li>Handle client concerns, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution</li><li>Notate client files with information regarding their questions and/or concerns</li><li>Have and maintain an upbeat and positive attitude while interacting with clients in various situations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work independently and along side of a team.</li><li>Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Ability to be flexible when priorities change quickly</li><li>This position requires daily attendance at the office</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
