Location: Portland, OR &ndash; Onsite
Shifts available: Shift available: Monday - Friday - 1pm - 10pm
Pay: $19 hour
Duration: 6 months. Consideration for full-time, long-term employment could be considered at the end of the 6 month commitment but not guaranteed.
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
<ul><li>Monitor various systems and dashboards to detect and respond to issues quickly.
</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
</li><li>Track and manage support tickets, escalating as needed.
</li><li>Perform scheduled audits (e.g., Surveillance and SAN Loitering) with precision.
</li><li>Collaborate with team members to maintain service goals.
</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
</li><li>Support after-hours ticket and phone monitoring when scheduled.
</li><li>Embrace and represent our customer-first mindset.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring:</h3>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.
</li><li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed an IT certification program.
</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of relevant experience or strong interest in technology.
</li><li>Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
</li><li>Strong technical knowledge: Windows 7, VPNs, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Microsoft Office.
</li><li>A team-oriented attitude and professional appearance.
