North AmericaRole &amp; Responsibilities:Technical Content &amp; Communication<ul><li>Author and own technical collateral: white papers, reference architectures, performance reports, benchmarks, comparison charts, application notes</li><li>Work with engineering/product to translate roadmaps, feature tradeoffs, and specs into clear messaging</li><li>Create detailed technical Q&amp;A, media briefs, backgrounders for PR support</li><li>Collaborate with PR/Media &amp; Reviewer teams to provide demos, test data, technical context during review cycles</li></ul>Launch Support &amp; Cross-Functional Alignment<ul><li>Participate in launch planning; ensure technical messaging, demo readiness, and technical health of product is validated</li><li>Partner with Product Marketing for alignment on positioning, differentiators, and go-to-market strategy</li><li>Collaborate with channel marketing, retail, and sales teams to integrate technical messaging into campaigns and positioning</li></ul>Testing, Benchmarking &amp; Insights<ul><li>Operate or coordinate lab/test bench resources; validate claims, run performance tests, competitive comparisons</li><li>Maintain competitive technical intelligence: monitor competitor architectures, performance, specs</li><li>Analyze test results, produce insights, recommend products or messaging adjustments</li></ul>Community &amp; Evangelism Collaboration<ul><li>Work with community / evangelism / content teams to host webinars, tech deep-dive sessions, user labs, technical workshops</li><li>Provide content for forums, developer-type audiences, power users, tech influencers</li><li>Serve as technical expert spokesperson for internal and external engagement</li></ul>Enablement &amp; Training<ul><li>Educate marketing, sales, and partner teams on technical features and how to communicate them</li><li>Create internal workshops, guides, cheat sheets, training decks</li></ul>Metrics &amp; Feedback Loops<ul><li>Track and report on how technical content and messaging influence media coverage, reviews, conversion, and adoption</li><li>Gather media, reviewer, and community feedback to refine future technical messaging</li><li>Ensure claims and content are accurate, validated, and compliant (legal, IP, regulatory)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, EE, or equivalent technical field (or strong technical background)</li><li>4&ndash;7 years (or more) experience in technical marketing / technical product marketing / engineering liaison roles in hardware, computing, or consumer electronics</li><li>Strong ability to read technical specs, datasheets, architectural diagrams, and ask probing engineering questions</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills&mdash;able to write for both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Hands-on experience with testing, benchmarking, lab environments, performance validation, or similar</li><li>Comfort collaborating with engineers, product management, marketing, and PR teams</li><li>Experience supporting product launches with technical collateral and media support</li><li>Familiarity with PC hardware, system architecture, cooling, performance tradeoffs, benchmarking tools is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insight from data</li><li>Detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven</li></ul>Personal Characteristics<ul><li>Bridge-builder and translator: you can speak both &ldquo;engineer&rdquo;
