Join Our Oral Surgery Team!We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Surgical Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced oral surgery practice. If you are passionate about patient care, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy working in a surgical setting, we'd love to hear from you!Qualifications<ul><li>Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required)</li><li>Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification (required)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Professional, dependable, and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and other oral surgery procedures</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments</li><li>Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols</li><li>Take digital radiographs, intraoral scans and CBCT scans as needed</li><li>Monitor and support patient comfort before, during, and after procedures</li><li>Provide clear post-operative instructions and patient education</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation</li><li>Stock operatories and assist with daily clinical operations</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Continuing education opportunities</li><li>Opportunity to grow professionally in a specialty practice</li></ul>If you are an experienced dental assistant who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in oral surgery, we encourage you to apply.
