</p><p><b>Job Summary:
</b></p><p>Collaborate with our largest, highest revenue customer accounts to ensure payments are received and posted timely and accurately. Reconciles billing and receivables to assure accuracy and communicate to customers timely and consistently. Accountable for the cash forecasting and bad debt reporting processes, as well as communicating to Finance and Treasury leadership. Provides general research, analysis, and problem-solving tasks; to provide highest level of service and effectiveness within the Finance Shared Services Center. Provides basic analysis and recommendations to Management and stakeholders. Participates in the implementation of projects. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, to ensure service to accounts is superlative. Ensures compliance with company policies within their scope.</p></div>
<br>Perform a wide range of tasks in support of Accounts Receivable / Shared Services, such as: major customer accounts management, reconciliations, cash collections, and billing adjustments. Administers cash forecasting and bad debt allowance calculation and reporting. The Accounts Receivable Analyst is a team player who supports Management with department and/or Finance objectives, projects, audit compliance, and ad-hoc reporting.

</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in accounts receivable, accounting, credit, and/or business-related roles
</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Business, or a related field
</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and other ERP/business applications is beneficial

<br><div><ul><li>Collaborates with AR, AP, Accounting, and other departments and teams within Shared Services to achieve strategic business and operational tasks and objectives.
</li><li>Assess risk for top tier Accounts Receivable portfolio.
</li><li>Coordinates &amp; administers the regional, monthly cash forecasting process.
</li><li>Completes monthly Bad Debt reporting process.
</li><li>Provides monthly collections reporting and general analysis.
</li><li>Communicates with external customers and internal groups regularly to provide up to date cash collections expectations.
</li><li>Works to mitigate collection risk and performs timely customer reconciliations to stay in front of AR aging.
</li><li>Completes the finalization of daily ACH payments within bank website.
</li><li>Participate and/or leads cross-functional projects
</li><li>Provide payment and payment terms analysis to ensure accurate aging and DSO.
</li><li>Participate in balance sheet and audit reviews.
</li><li>Assist with credit limit renewals.
</li><li>Performs account maintenance monthly.
</li><li>Review and process billing adjustments, adhering to all required policies and protocols.
</li><li>Review, research as necessary and process refund requests, following all required policies and protocols. Process allocations, applied credits, write-offs, and recoveries as required.
</li><li>Ensure compliance and approvals for price updates and enter them into applicable ERP/system.
</li><li>Partners with other project areas such as IT, Operations, Commercial organization and HQ. functions to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
</li><li>Support department personnel in varied projects during month end closing cycles, audit periods, and on an as required basis.
</li><li>Contribute to the development of best practice process flows in defined area of responsibility.

</p><p>The BDM will be responsible for the following:
</p><ul><li>Meet or exceed agreed targets by customer/brand and account penetration within territory by effectively selling Cooper Vision products and services within agreed time scales.
</li><li>Sales management of all customers within the defined territory providing a principle point of contact for CooperVision with the overall objective of achieving long term, year on year sales growth. Accomplishment of sales targets, including revenue and sales mix of products.
</li><li>Day to day management of the territory, designated customers and CooperVision&rsquo;s products and services.
</li><li>To develop and introduce new products on behalf of the Company to maximize the opportunities presented.
</li><li>To ensure outstanding knowledge of CooperVisions products, clinical and technical information, product strategy, market and commercial positioning and brand messages to assist customers in selecting those best suited to their needs.
</li><li>To respect a daily number of contacts per working day and month. Optimize the travel time to improve prospecting activities and the customers&rsquo; visit efficiency.
</li><li>To deliver training programs to retail staff individual or in conjunction with Professional Services, to improve knowledge of CooperVision&rsquo;s products and placement.
</li><li>To organize and execute clinical training in liaison with the Professional Services team to improve clinical knowledge of employees and build brand loyalty.
</li><li>To form close relationships with the Area Managers and Sales Representatives within the account structure to provide the platform for commercial, retail training and educational programs.
