 CooperDouglas has partnered with a global consumer products manufacturer to identify a Senior Director of Supply Chain. This critical leadership role and will oversee all aspects of supply chain strategy and execution, including S&amp;OP, demand planning, procurement, and inventory management. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director of Supply Chain will drive operational efficiency, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment to support continued growth and scalability across a global footprint.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide strategic oversight of supply chain operations encompassing planning, procurement, and fulfillment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead high-performing teams responsible for S&amp;OP, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute strategies to balance cost, service, and working capital objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product Development to align production capabilities with business demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen supplier relationships and implement initiatives that enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and improve key metrics including forecast accuracy, fill rate, and supply performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within complex, high-volume manufacturing or consumer goods environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep expertise in S&amp;OP, purchasing, and demand planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success leading global supply chains through growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Location: On-site in Whittier, CA
 
 
 Compensation: Compensation up to 220K + bonus
