</p><div>What <b>you</b> will do:</div><ul><li>
A/P job queues / review and distribute to appropriate party, and follow up to ensure they are being posted in time for payment to vendor</li><li>
A/ P Credits / review and advise AP where to post credits, or forward to appropriate dept / branch
</li><li>Run reports and download to excel format to manage payables.</li><li>
Reduce unapproved payables and unbilled report to a minimum for month end.</li><li>
Assist warehouses and buyers in resolving receiving, overages, shortages, and billing issues.</li><li>
Review open payables and committed follow up with vendors to obtain invoices / credits.</li></ul><ul><li>
Submit negative P0 report to AP so deductions may be taken (ZZ Deducts)</li><li>
Working to set up new vendors</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
What <b>you</b> will bring:</div><ul><li>
Detail and task oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Excel.</li><li>
2-3 years minimum experience in AP, Billing, and Purchasing/Supply chain preferred.
</li><li>Specific knowledge of distribution, supply chain management and/or business information systems required with a minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience</li><li>
Ability to work independently, meet monthly deadlines, multi-task, work as part of a team, and communicate effectively with internal customers and vendors.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Physical Requirements and Work Environment</div><ul><li>
This job is performed primarily in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.</li><li>
Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Salary Range: $21 - $24/ hour</div><div>
Location: Cranbury, NJ</div><div>
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm</div><p></p><p><b><br>
