What you will do:</div>
<ul>
<li>Sales Onboarding &amp; Systems Training: Play a key role in onboarding new sales employees</li>
<li>Ongoing Sales Team Support: Act as a go-to resource for the sales team&mdash;answering questions, troubleshooting data issues, and helping them better utilize tools and dashboards in their day-to-day work.</li>
<li>Build &amp; Maintain Dashboards: Create and manage Power BI dashboards to track sales performance, customer activity, and key business KPIs.</li>
<li>Analyze Business Trends: Review historical sales data, customer behavior, and inventory patterns to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.</li>
<li>Partner Across the Business: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements.</li>
<li>Ad-Hoc Analysis &amp; Reporting: Use advanced Excel and other tools to automate reporting and answer business questions quickly.</li>
<li>Support Digital &amp; Omnichannel Growth: Help drive adoption of Cooper&rsquo;s digital tools and support broader digital transformation initiatives.</li></ul><br>

What you will bring:</div>

<li>Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools (or willingness to learn quickly)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong curiosity &mdash; someone who asks &ldquo;why&rdquo; and wants to dig deeper</li>
</ul><ul><li>Willingness to travel occasionally to branch locations for onboarding and training support</li>
