What you will do:<ul><li>
Make outbound calls to current and potential customers to introduce our products/services.</li><li>
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.</li><li>
Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system.</li><li>
Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives.</li><li>
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.</li><li>
Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.</li><li>
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.</li></ul> 
What you will bring:<ul><li>
Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.</li><li>
Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.</li><li>
Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.</li><li>
Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>
The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements and Work Environment<ul><li>
The ability to sit for much of the assigned shift while using phones, and computers.</li><li>
The ability to walk between work area, counter, and warehouse throughout the day.</li><li>
The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment.</li><li>
The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties.
</li><li>This job is preformed primarily in light industrial and office environments.</li></ul> 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $50, 000 plus commission
