What you will do:<ul><li>
Handle phone-in customers with pleasant and courteous etiquette.
</li><li>Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customer with product selection.</li><li>
Provide customer with written quotation which includes terms, and delivery method.</li><li>
Prepare customer sale order and confirm payment terms/method.
</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials to customer.
</li><li>Resolve order issues by collaborating with external vendors and internal departments.</li><li>
Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.</li><li>
Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base.
</li><li>Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.</li></ul> 
What you will bring:<ul><li>
Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.</li><li>
Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
</li><li>Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.</li><li>
Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>
The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements and Work Environment<ul><li>
The ability to sit for much of the assigned shift while using phones, and computers.
</li><li>The ability to walk between work area, counter, and warehouse throughout the day.</li><li>
The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment.</li><li>
The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties.
</li><li>This job is preformed primarily in light industrial and office environments.</li></ul><div></div> 
Salary Range: $20 - $22/ hour
Location: Delran, NJ
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
