Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Facility Maintenance team member to join our team in Van Wert.</div><br>

The primary goal of this position is to maintain and repair all aspects of the facility.</p><br>

$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$</b></p>
<p>
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination).</p><div></div><div><div><b><br>
SHIFT HOURS:</b> Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm</div><div><b><br>
STARTING HOURLY RATE:</b><b> </b>$25.00-$27.00 with a potential increase at 90 days.</div></div><div><div><b><br>
PERKS:</b> Monthly and year-end profit sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)</div><div></div><div><p><b><br>
Job functions include:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Maintaining refer trailers</li><li>
Completing water and wastewater testing</li><li>
Performing necessary building maintenance tasks (roof units, exhaust fans, painting, drywall, small job plumbing/electrical, light concrete experience, etc.)</li><li>
Process Safety Management documentation and daily round logs</li></ul></div></div><br>
<ul><li>
Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)</li><li>
Must be detail oriented, able to work independently and possess strong organization and communication skills</li><li>
<p>
Experience working in refrigeration, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, plumbing and general construction is strongly preferred</p>

<p>Must be able to work weekends, as required</p>
