 Job Role:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead HR operations across the business, ensuring compliance and efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Support workforce planning and headcount budgeting in partnership with leadership and finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage payroll, benefits, insurance, employee lifecycle processes, visas, and UAE labor law compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate, data-driven HR reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead multiple HR projects, including policy updates, tools, and process improvements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior operational HR role
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in fast-growth, founder-led, or start-up environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
 </li>
