A favorite of many since its opening, we&rsquo;ve created the ideal space for learning about and shopping for Hemp derived cannabinoid products ranging from topicals, edibles, smokables and more.Marketing AssociateApCo is seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate to assist Marketing Manager in all efforts. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all online marketing strategies through social media, creating content, designing flyers, managing content, and SEO support. ApCo has invested in equipment needed to execute all the required work and hopes to build a robust marketing team.Location of Employment:1026 Magnolia St, Winston Salem, NC 27103Hours:Full TimeSome weekends for photo/videographyKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Photography/videography of products and events</li><li>Email marketing management</li><li>Consumer direct communication platform management</li><li>Fyler and Marketing material design</li><li>Packaging/product design</li><li>Social media management</li><li>SEO/Website management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>A portfolio or representation of capabilities</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not necessary if you have a portfolio.</li><li>High school diploma / GED preferred.</li><li>A team player and can collaborate with others, being able to communicate with cross-department personnel.</li><li>Self-starter with extreme attention to detail.</li><li>A passion for hemp / cannabis industry.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Starting pay is up to $15 per hour</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>50% Employee and discount on in-house products (Longleaf, Twin City Treats, High Road Reserve. 25% non-in-house products.)</li><li>Paid Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter Day.</li><li>PTO: Starting at 5 days after 90-day probationary period.</li><li>Sick Pay</li><li>Grievance</li><li>Annual COLA base raise</li><li>Potential Annual Merit Raise</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Winston-Salem, NC 27103: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
