SEO ManagerWe are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven SEO Manager with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in SEO, digital marketing, and online campaign management.Core Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated success in improving website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, schema, page speed optimization, and crawl analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns with measurable ROI.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and develop SEO-driven content strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Google algorithm updates and ranking factors.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (lead tracking, automation, reporting, database management).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience handling portal ads, featured listings, and performance tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in creating and optimizing content for property listings and landing pages.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion rate optimization.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong reporting skills with the ability to present performance insights to management.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in real estate marketing (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads) is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
