Key Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul>

Supervise the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support.</li>
<li>Oversee the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.</li>
<li>Coordinate and execute payment disbursements, including checks, electronic transfers, and wire transfers.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure efficient invoice processing and payment.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic vendor reconciliations and communicate with vendors on account balances.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in accounts payable functions.</li>
<li>Implement best practices and streamlined processes to enhance productivity.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.</li>
<li>Generate reports on accounts payable performance, aging balances, and payment schedules.</li>
<li>Analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to the head of finance.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies related to accounts payable.</li>
<li>Assist in internal and external audits related to accounts payable.</li>
<li>Provide training and mentorship to accounts payable team members, if any.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.</li>
<li>Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.</li>
<li>Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.</li></ul></div>
