<div>Senior Full Stack Developer 
Purpose of the Job
Senior Full Stack Developer's position main objective is the development and implementation of web-based applications, from frontend to backend. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, vendor management, and deploy scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of our users and business requirements. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.</li><li>
Architect and develop frontend and backend components using modern technologies and frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, and Express.js.</li><li>
Collaborate with designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and software solutions.</li><li>
Perform troubleshooting as required, and lead problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations</li><li>
Responsible for implementing needed modifications and design changes requested for the current system's functionalities.</li><li>
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.</li><li>
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.</li><li>
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices adherence.</li><li>
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the web application.</li><li>
Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to; software applications, websites, data communication processes, and user interfaces.</li><li>
Work and interface with stakeholders at different levels/units of business to ensure excellent delivery of requirements</li><li>
Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical systems.</li><li>
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply them to improve our development processes and deliverables.</li></ul> 
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems management, or related fields</li><li>
4 - 8 years of related professional experience</li><li>
Must have 3+ years of Net Core experience
</li><li>Extensive knowledge of internet/intranet websites, website design, and web technologies</li><li>
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.</li><li>
Experience with the following web technologies: XML, REST/SOAP, and Web/Application Servers.</li><li>
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.</li><li>
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).</li><li>
Ability to identify and solve problems, and complete tasks in a timely manner</li><li>
Ability to gather, analyze and present information and numerical data effectively and a demonstrated, high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all duties</li><li>
Ability to lead projects and coordinate/utilize the internal resources and external vendors to ensure project success and smooth delivery</li><li>

Travel and Working requirements
<ul><li>Regular contact with staff in Cairo Office, field staff, and HQ office</li><li>

Senior Full Stack Developer

Purpose of the Job
The Salesforce Developer is accountable for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Coptic Orphans' technology solutions, with a primary focus on the Salesforce CRM platform. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Analyze, design, develop, and implement effective and reliable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Ensure that system functionality supports departmental needs while following established development standards and delivering work with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Ensure Salesforce functionality satisfies all organizational departmental needs.</li><li>
Provide second-level technical support for system issues and inquiries; troubleshoot and resolve problems in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.</li><li>
Implement requested design modifications and changes to existing system functionalities.</li><li>
Conduct testing to ensure system stability and application performance.</li><li>
Monitor system health and proactively identify performance or data consistency issues.</li><li>
Maintain detailed oversight of the system architecture and design compatibility.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement of application design and enforce best practices.</li><li>
Maintain high availability and optimal performance of mission-critical systems.</li></ul> 
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.</li><li>
1-3 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>
Basic understanding of Salesforce development principles (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL).</li><li>
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is a plus.</li><li>
Foundational experience in database development and object-oriented programming (Java or JavaScript preferred).</li><li>
Good understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts.</li><li>
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.</li><li>
Good attention to detail and ability to follow established development standards.</li><li>
Willingness to learn new technologies and apply best practices in system development.</li><li>

Purpose of the Job
The Program Specialist (NAP) plays a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of the Not Alone Program by providing comprehensive technical support. This includes coordinating program activities, managing data and documentation, supporting Monitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E) processes, and facilitating communication between the field and the Cairo office. The role also contributes to training and capacity building for field teams, ensures compliance with program quality standards, and assists in program reporting and knowledge sharing. By combining strong attention to detail with an understanding of overall program objectives, the Program Specialist helps connect program components and stakeholders to enhance program impact. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Program Coordination and Support<ul><li>
Track progress of program cycles, including workshops, rep meetings.</li><li>
Maintain centralized calendars, trackers, and implementation schedules.</li><li>
Follow up on field team deliverables and escalate delays or issues to the Sr. Program Manager.</li><li>
Design and coordinate the rollout of new forms, tools, and updates in collaboration with the field team, as directed by program management.</li><li>
Handle correspondence with external organizations on matters such as scholarship requests and other program-related inquiries.</li></ul> 
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&amp;E)<ul><li>
Apply approved M&amp;E tools to gather, track, and assess program outputs.</li><li>
Consolidate data from the field and flag inconsistencies or reporting gaps.</li><li>
Contribute to assessments, surveys, and data quality reviews.</li><li>
Support the development of periodic reports, learning reflections, and recommendations for program improvement.</li></ul> 
Data Management and Documentation<ul><li>
Collect, validate, and enter program data into approved systems and tools.</li><li>
Maintain organized digital and physical records for all program activities and reports.</li><li>
Review field submissions for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>
Generate summaries and dashboards to support reporting and decision-making.</li><li>
Update and maintain program manuals and documentation (e.g., Reps' handbook) to reflect the latest guidelines.</li><li>
Draft, edit, and format program letters, forms, and summary documents.</li></ul> 
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
</li><li>1 - 3 years of experience in NGO program coordination, project support or administration.</li><li>
Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (especially excel and word); experience using databases or tracking tools is preferred
</li><li>Proficient in both written and spoken English
</li><li>Basic knowledge of M &amp; E tools
