 Essential Functions and Responsibilities

 Partner with directors and managers across departments to proactively identify opportunities where data analytics can enhance operational effectiveness and support business goals.

 Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models.
 </li>

 Continuously evaluate, refine, and optimize models to improve accuracy, reliability, and business relevance.

 Translate machine learning outputs into actionable recommendations that support data-informed decisions by directors and managers.
 </li>

 Deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and data stories tailored for executive audiences and non-technical stakeholders, clearly linking analytics to strategic recommendations.

 Design and implement robust data collection strategies from multiple sources (enterprise databases, APIs, external data feeds, unstructured data) while ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

 Lead data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes, establishing best practices for data quality, governance, and reliability.

 Drive the development and deployment of predictive and prescriptive models to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational optimization.

 Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and technology leaders to define data architecture, integration requirements, and system implementations.

 Provide guidance to junior analysts and contribute to building data literacy across teams.

 Proactively research and recommend emerging data technologies, tools, and practices to strengthen analytical capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.

 Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, including designing dashboards, delivering reports, and supporting operational or business decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong programming experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R, with advanced SQL skills for complex queries and database management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated knowledge of ETL frameworks and data warehousing principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of database design, relational and dimensional modeling, and data mining techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience applying advanced statistical concepts, supervised/unsupervised learning, and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to design, implement, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to evaluate model performance, optimize accuracy, and translate outputs into actionable business strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and associated analytics services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to directors &amp; managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
 </li>

Senior Data Analyst

<div>CRM and Application Support Manager 
Purpose of the Job
The CRM and application support Manager is a key role within the Information Technology department at Coptic Orphans, responsible for tactical operational management of the CRM and application support functions. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the CRM and application support team, managing and tracking all the operational tasks, project planning and delivery, people Management, task assignment, follow-up on all moving pieces in the IS Operation area. The CRM and application support Manager ensures effective inter-departmental communication and seamless project execution. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Design and administer custom solutions on the Force.com platform including configuration, user management, report generation, version planning, licensing, platform upgrades, data modeling, integration, data migration and having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM and Commerce.</li><li>
Manage and lead a team of IS administrators, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Follow up the effective support to end-users, lead problem solving efforts, ticketing system, website operations and Mobile device management.</li><li>
Develop support processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation procedures to ensure efficient and effective support operations.</li><li>
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance and support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Administer salesforce platform's design, document, configuration, maintenance and administration of the Salesforce platform.</li><li>
Lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Cloud and other implementation engagements from a technical standpoint.</li><li>
Performing proactive system monitoring to identify any performance and/or data consistency issues.</li></ul> 
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems management or a related field.</li><li>
8-10 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.</li><li>
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>
Strong capabilities in CRM system development and design, with excellent troubleshooting skills.</li><li>
Proven knowledge of Salesforce and Force.com, particularly in heavily customized environments with numerous custom objects, integrations, various declarative automation types, and applications. Must provide clear examples of reverse engineering and simplifying configurations.</li><li>
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.</li><li>
Knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) is a plus.</li></ul> 
Travel and Working requirements
