Purpose of the Job
This role is pivotal in our commitment to leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence to advance our mission. This person will be a hands-on professional with a passion for experimenting with emerging AI assistants, large language models (LLMs), and other AI technologies. This role will be responsible for identifying, testing, and integrating these tools into our existing technological infrastructure to enhance our programs, fundraising, streamline operations, and drive data-informed decision-making. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Analyze business processes using the workflow process management function and partner with Data Analysts to evaluate data flows, then proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions that optimize efficiency, automate tasks, and support informed decision-making.</li><li>
Research, experiment with, and evaluate emerging AI assistants, generative AI tools, and large language models (LLMs) to determine high-value use cases aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>
Design and develop AI prototypes and proof-of-concept integrations to demonstrate how AI tools can be effectively integrated into internal systems to enhance efficiency, automation, and operational workflows.
</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to identify practical challenges and opportunities where AI can be applied to simplify work, save time, or improve outcomes.
</li><li>Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML models tailored to nonprofit-specific use cases such as donor insights, operational automation, and content generation.</li><li>
Use advanced Python skills and ML tools to develop and fine-tune AI models for practical applications.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
<ul><li>Bachelor's in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant field.</li><li>
1 to 3 of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields.</li><li>
Hands-on experience working within project teams, supporting the implementation of AI solutions in coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Proficiency in written and spoken English.</li><li>
Proficiency in Python and core ML frameworks.</li><li>
Practical experience with AI/LLM deployment, including Chabot's, assistants, or generative AI.</li><li>
Good understanding of data ethics, bias, and responsible AI principles.</li><li>
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.</li><li>
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their integration with data and AI workflows.</li><li>

AI Engineer

<div>CRM and Application Support Manager 
Purpose of the Job
The CRM and application support Manager is a key role within the Information Technology department at Coptic Orphans, responsible for tactical operational management of the CRM and application support functions. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the CRM and application support team, managing and tracking all the operational tasks, project planning and delivery, people Management, task assignment, follow-up on all moving pieces in the IS Operation area. The CRM and application support Manager ensures effective inter-departmental communication and seamless project execution. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Design and administer custom solutions on the Force.com platform including configuration, user management, report generation, version planning, licensing, platform upgrades, data modeling, integration, data migration and having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM and Commerce.</li><li>
Manage and lead a team of IS administrators, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Follow up the effective support to end-users, lead problem solving efforts, ticketing system, website operations and Mobile device management.</li><li>
Develop support processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation procedures to ensure efficient and effective support operations.</li><li>
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance and support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Administer salesforce platform's design, document, configuration, maintenance and administration of the Salesforce platform.</li><li>

Senior Full Stack Developer's position main objective is the development and implementation of web-based applications, from frontend to backend. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, vendor management, and deploy scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of our users and business requirements. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.</li><li>

The Facilities Specialist plays a key role in supporting the safe, clean, and efficient operation of Coptic Orphans' facilities including apartments and warehouse. This position assists with day-to-day facilities maintenance and provides logistical support to ensure a functional and welcoming work environment for staff and visitors. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the maintenance and upkeep of Coptic Orphans' buildings (offices, apartments, warehouse) and related installations.</li><li>
Coordinate and monitor servicing for systems including:</li></ul><ul><li>Firefighting equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers, hose reels)</li><li>Fire Alarm (smoke and heat detectors)</li><li>CCTV (Surveillance Cameras)</li><li>Air conditioning</li><li>Electric installations and equipment</li></ul><ul><li>
Assist in implementing safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.</li><li>
Record and report technical issues and support timely coordination of repairs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and records (e.g. maintenance logs, service invoices, schedules).</li><li>
