Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Coptic Orphans' technology solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer brings advanced experience in Salesforce development to handle more complex requirements and ensure rapid, reliable delivery. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Ensure that system functionality meets the needs of all departments while handling more complex use cases and maintaining best practices across the development lifecycle.
</li><li>Conduct testing to ensure system stability and functionality.</li><li>

The Facilities Specialist plays a key role in supporting the safe, clean, and efficient operation of Coptic Orphans' facilities including apartments and warehouse. This position assists with day-to-day facilities maintenance and provides logistical support to ensure a functional and welcoming work environment for staff and visitors. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the maintenance and upkeep of Coptic Orphans' buildings (offices, apartments, warehouse) and related installations.</li><li>
Coordinate and monitor servicing for systems including:</li></ul><ul><li>Firefighting equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers, hose reels)</li><li>Fire Alarm (smoke and heat detectors)</li><li>CCTV (Surveillance Cameras)</li><li>Air conditioning</li><li>Electric installations and equipment</li></ul><ul><li>
Assist in implementing safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.</li><li>
