Purpose of the Job
The Salesforce Developer is accountable for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Coptic Orphans' technology solutions, with a primary focus on the Salesforce CRM platform. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Analyze, design, develop, and implement effective and reliable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Ensure that system functionality supports departmental needs while following established development standards and delivering work with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Ensure Salesforce functionality satisfies all organizational departmental needs.</li><li>
Provide second-level technical support for system issues and inquiries; troubleshoot and resolve problems in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.</li><li>
Implement requested design modifications and changes to existing system functionalities.</li><li>
Conduct testing to ensure system stability and application performance.</li><li>
Monitor system health and proactively identify performance or data consistency issues.</li><li>
Maintain detailed oversight of the system architecture and design compatibility.</li><li>

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.</li><li>
1-3 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>
Basic understanding of Salesforce development principles (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL).</li><li>
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is a plus.</li><li>
Foundational experience in database development and object-oriented programming (Java or JavaScript preferred).</li><li>
Good understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts.</li><li>

<div>Senior Android Developer 
Purpose of the Job
The Senior Android Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Android mobile applications for Coptic Orphans. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless UI/UX integration, and keeping up with the latest Android technologies and best practices. The Senior Android Developer is expected to operate with minimal supervision, take ownership of publishing applications to the Google App Store, resolve complex technical issues, and make architectural decisions related to code structure, design patterns, and mentor junior developers while contributing to the overall mobile strategy. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain complex Android applications using Kotlin.</li><li>
Build user interfaces using Jetpack Compose and other Android UI frameworks as required.</li><li>
Make architectural decisions regarding app structure and implementation patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization).</li><li>
Take ownership of assigned features or applications from planning through deployment and post- release support. Also, hotfix deployment when required.</li><li>
Manage the Google Play Store submission process, including release management, versioning, and maintenance of live applications.</li><li>
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of designs and functionality.</li><li>
Integrate third-party libraries and APIs and RESTful web services.</li><li>
Ensure smooth communication between mobile applications and backend services.</li><li>
Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring app stability and performance.</li><li>
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and memory efficiency.</li><li>
Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and implementation of best practices.</li><li>

Expert proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
</li><li>Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and contemporary Android UI frameworks.
</li><li>Proven track record of publishing and maintaining Android applications on the Google Play
</li><li>Experience with development tools such as Android Studio, Gradle, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
</li><li>Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON for mobile integration.
</li><li>Experience integrating advanced third-party libraries and services (e.g., Retrofit, Room, Firebase).
</li><li>Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and following DevOps best practices.

Purpose of the Job
The Program Administrator for the Not Alone Program (NAP) is responsible for effectively handling various administrative duties and providing comprehensive support to ensure the seamless administrative functioning of the program. This role includes assisting budget preparation and quarterly analysis, and acts as the focal point for inter-departmental collaboration with the Procurement and Facilities departments. This position reports directly to the Senior Program Manager 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead and manage logistics for large events (e.g., Reps conferences, quarterly meetings, multi-day staff trainings, etc.), coordinating across teams and vendors to ensure successful completion.</li><li>
Assist in preparing and analyzing the annual program budget, monitor expenditures, conduct quarterly variance analysis, and recommend adjustments in future budgets.</li><li>
Serve as the main contact with facilities and procurement departments to ensure streamlined procurement practices and effective communication with field staff.</li><li>
Coordinate the production of annual and semi-annual MoSS reports, as well as responses to inquiries and audit questions routed from the finance department.</li><li>
Maintain an up-to-date version of the program administrative manual, reflecting all changes in processes and procedures.</li><li>
Handle daily administrative, operational, and logistical tasks, including obtaining quotations, booking venues, accommodations, transportation, and submit payment requests.</li><li>
Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events, record and archive meeting minutes, and manage program's social media accounts.</li><li>
Maintain storage, including recording, restocking, and dispatching printed manuals, equipment, and materials.</li><li>
Manage organization of all program records, reports, presentations, proposals, and children photo consents on SharePoint.</li><li>
Serve as the main focal point to receive families' complaints (concerning Reps) and redirect them to the relevant Area Program Manager.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.</li></ul>
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business management, Office Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
3-5 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>
Full proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and with external partners or vendors while maintaining a spirit of service.</li><li>
Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete individual tasks on schedule.</li><li>
Proven attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player.</li></ul>
Travel and Working requirements<ul><li>
Typical office environment such as walking, sitting, typing, using office equipment, and occasional lifting of boxes or luggage during travel</li><li>
Travel throughout Egypt may reach as much as 25% of the time.</li><li>
