<div>Field Coordinator - Diaspora Engagement
Purpose of the Job:
The Field Coordinator supports the implementation and continuity of diaspora initiatives by handling program logistics, coordinating activities, supporting monitoring efforts, and managing program documentation and materials. This role plays a critical function in ensuring day-to-day program operations run smoothly. Overall, the role serves as a bridge, rooting the Coptic heritage in Egypt with those who wish to remain connected to it. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Program Coordination and Support<ul><li>
Coordinate logistics for activities, events, trainings, and program initiatives under the guidance of the Program Manager.</li><li>
Assist in preparing training materials and session logistics.</li><li>
Maintain centralized calendars, trackers, and implementation schedules.</li><li>
Handle correspondence with external partners and stakeholders as required.</li><li>
Conduct field visits as needed to ensure compliance and suitability of program sites.</li></ul> 
Data Management.<ul><li>
Take meeting minutes and assist in generating reports on metrics and outcomes.</li><li>
Keep record of all materials on SharePoint, including manuals, presentations, photos, videos, participant information, training schedules, and evaluation results.</li><li>
Assist with data collection during field visits as needed and provide logistical support for monitoring and tracking activities.</li><li>
Review applications and forms for completeness and accuracy.</li></ul> 
Budget and Inventory:<ul><li>
Request and track program-related expenses and manage financial documentation for financial transaction closure.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business administration, or a related field.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in field coordination, project support, or administration.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).</li><li>
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff at all levels within the organization and external partners or vendors, all while maintaining a spirit of service.</li><li>
Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to coordinate across teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li></ul>
Travel and Working requirements<ul><li>
Typical Office environment: walking, sitting, typing, using office equipment, and occasional lifting of boxes or luggage during travel.</li><li>
Travel throughout Egypt may reach as much as 40% of the time working outside official hours and on weekends may be required.</li></ul></div>

Purpose of the Job
Senior Full Stack Developer's position main objective is the development and implementation of web-based applications, from frontend to backend. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, vendor management, and deploy scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of our users and business requirements. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.</li><li>
Architect and develop frontend and backend components using modern technologies and frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, and Express.js.</li><li>
Collaborate with designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and software solutions.</li><li>
Perform troubleshooting as required, and lead problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations</li><li>
Responsible for implementing needed modifications and design changes requested for the current system's functionalities.</li><li>
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.</li><li>
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.</li><li>
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices adherence.</li><li>
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the web application.</li><li>
Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to; software applications, websites, data communication processes, and user interfaces.</li><li>
Work and interface with stakeholders at different levels/units of business to ensure excellent delivery of requirements</li><li>
Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical systems.</li><li>
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply them to improve our development processes and deliverables.</li></ul> 
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems management, or related fields</li><li>
4 - 8 years of related professional experience</li><li>
Must have 3+ years of Net Core experience
</li><li>Extensive knowledge of internet/intranet websites, website design, and web technologies</li><li>
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.</li><li>
Experience with the following web technologies: XML, REST/SOAP, and Web/Application Servers.</li><li>
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.</li><li>
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).</li><li>

Analyze, design, develop, and implement effective and reliable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Ensure that system functionality supports departmental needs while following established development standards and delivering work with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Ensure Salesforce functionality satisfies all organizational departmental needs.</li><li>
Provide second-level technical support for system issues and inquiries; troubleshoot and resolve problems in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.</li><li>

In addition, the Senior iOS Developer is expected to operate with minimal supervision, take ownership of publishing applications to the Apple App Store, resolve complex technical issues, and make independent decisions regarding code structure, design patterns, and overall technical implementation. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain complex iOS applications using Swift.</li><li>
Build user interfaces using SwiftUI and UIKit, based on project requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of designs and functionality.
