Responsibilities
 
You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment across all departments.
 
Requirements
 2–4 years of experience in HR including recruitment, employee relations, and core HR operations.
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without things falling through the cracks.
 A proactive approach: you identify issues before they become problems and act accordingly.
 Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices is a plus.
