Sales Executive

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire inhouse (private labelling) sales operations. The role involves handling walk-in customers, supporting business clients, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire sales process from inquiry to order completion.Looking for immediate Joiners only.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 3 years of GCC experience as sales coordinator.Salary - 3000 AED to 4000 AED + Commission.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations.</li><li>Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.</li><li>Track sales orders, quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals</li><li>Attend to walk-in customers, present product ranges, and address inquiries professionally.</li><li>Provide guidance to clients regarding customization, private labelling, and bulk orders.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales contracts, and delivery notes.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM/system regularly.</li><li>Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis for management review.</li><li>Coordinate with clients on product specifications, packaging requirements, and branding details.</li><li>Ensure proper communication between the client and internal departments to deliver customized products on time.</li><li>Handle correspondence related to sales inquiries.</li><li>Assist in coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings if required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
