We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated professional eager to showcase their skills in a dynamic setting that values innovation, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures and gel nails with precision and care.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Provide expert advice on nail care routines and products to promote healthy nails and skin.</li><li>Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, or beauty enhancements as well as other spa treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.</li><li>Engage in retail sales by educating clients on available products and promotions using retail math skills to maximize revenue opportunities.</li><li>Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel valued and understood during every visit.</li><li>Stay updated on current trends and new techniques to continually elevate service quality.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and salon standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required.</li><li>Proven experience performing professional nail services with a portfolio of diverse designs preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
