The Position:
<ul><li>We&rsquo;re looking for a Human Resource Assistant. The pay range we&rsquo;re offering is based on experience.</li></ul><ul><li>
We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.</li><li>

Requirements:<ul><li>
3-5 years Human Resource experience, Associate&rsquo;s degree or Certificate a plus</li><li>
Maintain integrity and confidentiality of personnel information</li><li>
Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of Mac OS systems preferred</li><li>
High level of accuracy and confidentiality</li></ul> 

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department.</li><li>
Process weekly time sheets and track employee absences.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation.</li><li>
Assist in recruiting efforts and special events.</li><li>
Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws for each Cordeck location.</li></ul> 

The Location: This position is based in Kenosha, WI.
