What You'll Do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.</li>
<li>Prepare documentation such as financial disclosures, child support worksheets, and parenting plans.</li>
<li>Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Edit draft documents for client changes and prepare documents for signing.</li>
<li>Handle sensitive client data with utmost discretion, care, and accuracy.</li>
<li>Perform tasks as assigned with accuracy and promptness, meeting all agreed-upon deadlines.</li>

<p><b>Who You Are</b><br>
We're looking for someone who brings a blend of professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to quality client service. Ideal candidates will possess:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must have a minimum of 3+ years of family law paralegal or legal assistant experience</li>
<li>Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent</li>
<li>Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel</li>
<li>Proficiency with legal software and case management systems (e.g., Smart Advocate, Clio, MyCase, or similar).</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and approachable demeanor</li>
<li>A professional presence and the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and the ability to be onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM</li>
<li>A proactive mindset and willingness to go above and beyond on simple requests to make things easier for others</li></ul><br>
