 The opportunity
 
 
 
 Wintel System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related Windows infrastructure. This relates to all technology, to include workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. Cloud Support, Cloud infrastructure Monitoring in Azure/ AWS/ G42, Azure/ AWS resources knowledge (VMs, VMSS, AKS, Database), VM Refresh, &amp; Change Management, Security
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Your key responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Good experience in IT operations, Windows Administration, Windows Server Patching, Vulnerability Remediation, OS hardening and performance tuning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and monitor cloud infrastructure hosted in Azure, including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Resource Groups, Storage, and basic networking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshooting, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with Windows Cluster, File Server, DFS, OS Performance troubleshooting Experience building, managing, and upgrading VMware virtualization environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolving Incident tickets, remote System Administration of Windows servers, resolve Level 1 &amp; 2 support
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Active Directory infrastructure, including Group Policy, OU structure, replication, and troubleshooting authentication issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and support Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid) environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform user and group management across AD, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer and monitor Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy, manage, and upgrade virtualization platforms, including VMware vCenter, ESXi hosts, HyperV and Nutanix.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on-prem and cloud servers, including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and support hybrid cloud models (Private, Public, and Hybrid), ensuring integration and security of workloads across environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to configure VMs and Web Applications through Azure Web Portal and Command Line Interface through PowerShell
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Knowledge of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Proxy Servers, Routers etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Remote Management of servers through ILO, DRAC and RSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with application support &amp; security teams to implement up-to-date patch levels and application specific feature configuration
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform advanced problem determination and root-cause-analysis

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Administrator AZ-104, AZ 900
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience 5 to 7 year as Wintel, Cloud administrator
 </li>
 <li>
 MCSD (Azure Solutions Architect) or MCSE (Cloud Platform and Infrastructure)
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft MCSA in Windows Server 2012R2 or 2016
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft MCSA in Office 365 and SharePoint Online
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
 </li>
 <li>
 ITIL foundation certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred skills / qualifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Experience in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, AWS
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on knowledge of Exchange Server (2016/2019) and Exchange Online.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in hybrid on-premises to Cloud, private and multi-cloud and workload migration
 </li>
 <li>
 Good experience in Azure IaaS/PaaS, Monitoring, backups, security best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a help desk support and troubleshooting role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience supporting virtual servers and solving network issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a 24x 7 managed services, hosted service company, or Network Operations Center environment a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous System administration and support experience (Windows operating systems; experience with mixed environments a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience with Kubernetes and experience with networking subnetting, routing and firewalls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience with Azure based deployments or other cloud platforms a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Cloud Services such as Azure, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Exchange Online, Intune, One Drive, SharePoint, and Teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience installing, configuring and managing Windows Server 2012 - 2019 and Active Directory environments
