Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Kuvempunagar, MysuruSalary: &#8377;25,000 &ndash; &#8377;30,000 per monthExperience Required: 5&ndash;6 yearsQualification: MBA in HR or any relevant disciplineJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll management, statutory compliances, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities1. Payroll &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management</li><li>Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations</li></ul>2. Statutory Compliances<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)</li><li>Prepare and submit required statutory reports</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and external agencies as needed</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities</li><li>Address employee queries and grievances professionally</li><li>Promote a positive and healthy work culture</li></ul>4. Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment processes</li><li>Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, and support hiring decisions</li></ul>5.
