Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Procurement Engineer with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in construction material procurement. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing civil construction materials while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Procure civil construction materials as per project requirements</li><li>Float RFQs and collect quotations from vendors</li><li>Prepare comparison statements and conduct price negotiations</li><li>Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and track delivery schedules</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and project teams</li><li>Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with specifications</li><li>Maintain vendor database and develop new suppliers</li><li>Ensure timely invoice verification and payment coordination</li><li>Control procurement costs and maintain budget discipline</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good knowledge of civil construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, RMC, bricks, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of BOQ and rate analysis</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills</li><li>Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, comparison sheets)</li><li>Basic ERP / SAP knowledge (preferred)</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering , Related to Purchase</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of relevant experience in civil procurement or purchase</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,850.00 - ₹35,580.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
