Location: Dubai Investment Park, UAE Company: Core &amp; Coil TransformersWe are a growing factory with a almost fully equipped warehouse (machinery almost ready). We are looking for ONE expert to run the production. You will be the first key hire.We have the machines to build Low Voltage Transformers (Isolation, Control, Distribution). We need the Master Technician who can run the floor.For the ambitious: You start with 1-2 helpers. As we scale, you become the Production Manager with a large team.For the veteran: If you are looking to work hard for 5-7 years and then retire, this is the perfect final project for you.YOUR DUTIES (You must be able to do this alone initially with 1 person)Design &amp; Calculation: You calculate the design yourself (Core size, Copper/Aluminium weight, Turns). You must be able to modify the design based on what wire/core we have in stock.Machine Operation: Operate ERN machines (100, 150, 200) and semi-auto winding machines.Enclosures: You must calculate and select the correct Enclosure Size based on heat dissipation and busbar arrangement.Winding: Expert in winding LV coils (Wire, Strip, Layer) for Dry &amp; Oil Type (Copper &amp; Aluminium).Tappings: Install and connect taps correctly. Assembly: Core stacking (EI, UI, Strips), Brazing/Soldering (Must be expert in Aluminium to Copper), and Crimping.Busbar Work: Design, size, cut, and bend busbars.Inventory: You track the stock. You tell us exactly what materials to buy (accurate estimates) so we don't waste money and space.Testing &amp; Repair: Perform tests, diagnose faults, and repair old units as needed.Machinery list1) ern 1002) ern 1503) ern 2004) synthesis Optima 11605) semi automatic bench winders6) sai semi automatic winding machine and more...REQUIREMENTS: LV Mastery: You must have deep experience building LV transformers (up to 2500kVA).brazing Expert: You must be able to braze Aluminium/copper perfectly.Hands-On: You are not a desk engineer.
