Our products combine comfort, craftsmanship, and creativity, setting new benchmarks in modern fashion.About the Role:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Textile Designer with strong fabric knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with various fabric types, understanding their compositions, and ensuring material quality standards. You will play a key role in supporting our design and production teams to ensure every fabric meets KSHM&rsquo;s creative and quality expectations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and visualize textile concepts aligned with KSHM&rsquo;s brand aesthetics.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze and select fabrics based on texture, composition, and performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct fabric quality checks &mdash; including wrinkle resistance, shrinkage, and durability.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and resolve fabric defects such as removing wrinkle , uneven dyeing, or texture inconsistencies.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure fabric suitability for each collection.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain detailed records of fabric types, suppliers, compositions, and usage.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with vendors and mills to source, test, and approve new materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure adherence to quality, sustainability, and brand standards during material selection.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide creative input on patterns, prints, and textures that enhance product appeal.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong understanding of fabric composition, texture, and material behavior.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to identify and correct physical fabric issues (wrinkles, shrinkage, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of fabric testing methods and textile finishing techniques.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent coordination skills between design, sourcing, and production teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.</li></ul><ul><li>Creative approach to fabric development aligned with fashion trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with textile design tools or CAD software is a plus.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>3 years of experience in textile design, fabric sourcing, or quality control within apparel or lifestyle brands.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of woven, knitted, and blended fabric structures.</li></ul><ul><li>Practical knowledge of textile manufacturing and finishing processes.</li><li>Candidates from reputed fashion institutes such as NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent will be preferred.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Be part of a growing brand redefining active and modern fashion.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with innovative designers and material experts.</li></ul><ul><li>Gain hands-on exposure to modern textile practices and design processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to build and grow within a dynamic, creative environment.</li></ul>Ready to weave your creativity into KSHM&rsquo;s story?Apply now: divanshi.chauhan@coreasana.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
