Job Description: Procurement Manager &ndash; Ayurvedic CompanyRole Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations for our Ayurvedic products. The role requires balancing cost efficiency with quality, ensuring that all raw materials and packaging align with Ayurvedic standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw herbs, oils, and Ayurvedic ingredients.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Ayurvedic, GMP, and regulatory standards in procurement.</li><li>Manage inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to avoid shortages.</li><li>Optimize cost savings while maintaining product integrity and sustainability.</li><li>Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Proven experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG, herbal, or Ayurvedic industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic raw materials and quality standards.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,465.10 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
