The Monitor I, Community Corrections is responsible for the supervision of the facility population including but not limited to safety, security and facility sanitation. This role provides for the care, custody and control of residents and establishes a safe environment for the facility, staff, visitors and residents.<ul><li>
Monitor resident population and reports any suspicious activities or violations of policy, procedures, or regulations by residents or other individuals.</li><li>
Conduct resident counts, searches, room inspections, and vehicle searches as required. Conduct drug and alcohol testing as needed or as directed by facility administration.</li><li>
Process residents for intake/discharge in accordance with policies and procedures.</li><li>
Monitor resident worker activities, provides necessary instruction, and applies standards and procedures for the completion and quality of work performed by residents, where applicable.</li><li>
Perform rescue functions at accidents, emergencies and disasters to include administering basic emergency medical aid and CPR, physically removing people away from dangerous situations, and securing and evacuating people from confined areas.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>

Work experience in the operations of a correctional facility is preferred.</li><li>

Security Monitor I, MALE ONLY

The Accounting Clerk performs calculations, verifies and posts financial data, and maintains accounting records of financial transactions. Prepares reports, correspondence, and assists in conducting inventory.<ul><li>
Utilizes and maintains working knowledge of applicable accounting methods and procedures that are in keeping with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and company and partnership policies and procedures, while performing duties and maintaining documents and records.</li><li>
Verifies and posts business transactions, such as checks (registers), purchase orders, accounts payable and other types of expenditures or receipts, to the appropriate account. Assists with or completes weekly/monthly documentation and reporting in a timely manner.</li><li>
Assists with or prepares accounts payable packages, accounts payable accruals, check requests, petty cash reimbursements and bank reconciliations accurately/timely and in accordance with policy and procedures.</li><li>

Assists with conducting inventory and preparing reports for commissary and other operational endeavors.</li><li>
Prepares and accurately maintains a variety of standard operating records and reports, including those required by management, partnership agency and/or government regulations.</li><li>
Accurately inputs and edits numeric and alphanumeric data, to include checks, statements, reports and other records. Produces finished documents/reports efficiently, using applications software programs; copies, compiles and distributes as necessary.</li></ul>

Accounting Clerk

Investigate grievances, facility incidents, policy violations and all felonies committed by inmates and/or staff.
</li><li>Serve as a liaison to contract partner and law enforcement agencies, and shares information, investigative findings and intelligence as required.
</li><li>Collect and/or supervise the collection and preservation of evidence on a consistent level to preclude tampering and contamination.

Investigator

They are responsible for the supervision and direction of all students, instructors and learning activities.<ul><li>
Select qualified instructors and provides direction to ensure consistency in the delivery of approved lesson plan content applicable to the facility. Evaluate and provide feedback to ensure quality of instruction.</li><li>
Supervise students assigned to learning and development programs to include establishing and maintaining student records, evaluating student comprehension of learning objectives, offering career guidance, and taking appropriate corrective or disciplinary action.</li><li>
Conduct learning and development sessions and establishes a positive learning culture by preserving the quality of the learning and development environment. Minimize disruptions and ensures safety of all participants to optimize learning and development.</li><li>
