Accurately entering medical data.. Applying knowledge of medical terminology to correctly interpret and enter complex medical information.. Updating and maintaining patient records and medical databases, including adding new information, editing existing records, and removing outdated data.. Collaborating with health care professionals, doctors, and administrative staff to resolve data-related issues and clarify medical information.. Keeping detailed records of data entry tasks, changes made, and any issues encountered for audit and reference purposes..
