Mechanical EngineerExperience Required: 5&ndash;7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within construction projects. Experience in Public Authority for Works and Housing (PAWH) projects will be an advantage.Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team and support the design, execution, and supervision of mechanical systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, firefighting, fuel and oil systems, irrigation, and special fire protection systems, with strong knowledge of MEP tendering and project coordination.Key Responsibilities &amp; Expertise:<ul><li>Mechanical Systems Design &amp; Execution: Plan, design, and oversee installation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and irrigation.</li><li>Fire Protection Systems: Design and review special fire protection systems in accordance with project specifications and local regulations.</li><li>MEP Tendering &amp; Estimation: Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and material specifications; assist in bid evaluation and tender documentation.</li><li>Project Coordination: Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, and architectural) to ensure integrated project delivery.</li><li>Site Supervision: Monitor site installation activities, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and resolve on-site technical issues.</li><li>Software &amp; Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD, Elite Fire, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).</li><li>Compliance &amp; Quality Control: Ensure adherence to company standards, project requirements, and Kuwait PAWH specifications.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate project records.</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Initiative: Identify technical issues and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.</li></ul>Educational Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering &ndash; mandatory</li><li>Professional certifications in MEP or Fire Protection Systems &ndash; preferred</li><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Arabic) &ndash; preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Mechanical Engineer

HR Admin Experience Required: 3&ndash;5 years of experience in human resources administration, employee relations, and office management, preferably within construction, engineering, or corporate sectors.Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin to support the company&rsquo;s human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle employee documentation, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, manage attendance and leave records, and ensure smooth HR operations in compliance with company policies and labor laws.Key Responsibilities &amp; Expertise:<ul><li>Employee Records &amp; Documentation: Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding: Support in job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts.</li><li>Attendance &amp; Leave Management: Monitor attendance, track leave balances, and prepare related reports for payroll processing.</li><li>HR Policies &amp; Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labor law requirements, and internal regulations.</li><li>Payroll Coordination: Assist in preparing monthly payroll data, including attendance, leave, and overtime inputs.</li><li>Employee Relations: Handle routine employee inquiries, assist with grievance handling, and support engagement initiatives.</li><li>Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, office supplies, and general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Coordination: Prepare HR reports and coordinate between HR, accounts, and other departments as needed.</li><li>Confidentiality &amp; Ethics: Handle sensitive employee and company information with utmost professionalism and discretion.</li></ul>Educational Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field &ndash; mandatory</li><li>Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) &ndash; preferred</li><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Arabic) &ndash; preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
