Summary: Serves as a member of the front-line production team. Responsible for various tasks that support the production of the high-capacity commercial laundry plant in order to meet customer needs. The type of work performed could be related to the following: Dryer Operator, Wash Operator, Stain Washer, Sewing/Mending, Soil Sorting, as well as folding, commercial ironing, packing and distributing.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintains flow of linen into the tunnel, washers, dryers, etc.</li>
<li>Pulls bags and/or processes other laundry activities in the designated order.</li>
<li>Loads linen into empty pockets in tunnel; continues to do so as pockets transfer.</li>
<li>Keeps pockets loaded correctly with proper load size; prevents overload.</li>
<li>Follow directions and safety precautions.</li>
<li>Maintains the production standards as determined per hour.</li>
<li>Notifies supervisor if frequent technical problems are impacting the ability to meet production standards.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Hotel Plant Production Worker

Summary: 
To assure customer deliveries are made with accuracy, timeliness. And within set time parameters. Perform job duties in a safe and courteous manner while maintaining an unblemished driving record. Adhere to all company and DOT requirements, including but not limited to daily documentation.

<li>Adhere to all Core Linen Services policies as stated in the employee handbook.</li>
<li>Be in uniform and maintain a neat appearance every workday.</li>
<li>Adhere to Core Linen Services attendance policy.</li>
<li>Keep company equipment lean and organized.</li>
<li>Report any mechanical issue to chief engineer promptly.</li>
<li>Follow all universal precautions and procedures while on soil side.</li>
<li>Maintain all proper DOT documentation and certification.</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures.</li>
<li>Report any and all problems/issues in regard to customer service and satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and possibly holidays. Have and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check. Be able to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull a wheeled cart of 700lbs.
 
Essential Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Load and unload linen carts at both the company’s and customer’s place of business tagging each one accordingly.</li>
<li>Completely fill out all required paperwork/logs and turn in daily.</li>
<li>Weigh all soil in under the correct customer and deliver all soil to the soil room.</li>
<li>Disinfect vehicles after each soil pick up.</li>
<li>Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner.</li>
<li>Maintain a neat and professional appearance.</li>
<li>Turn in a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily.</li>
<li>Perform customer deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
