Position Details:<ul><li>
Schedule: Monday - Friday</li><li>
Hours: 8am - 5pm</li><li>
Compensation: 85k - 110k Base + 20% Bonus</li><li>
Work Location: 2051 Baseline Road, Montgomery, IL 60538</li><li>
Travel: This position does require 25% travel to oversee HR operations for two facilities in Montgomery, IL and Eau Claire, WI.</li><li>
Note: The HR Manager will work 100% on-site at the Montgomery facility. Occasional early morning or late afternoon hours may be required.</li></ul> 

Position Summary:<div>
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to OpCo leaders and collaborate closely with them to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives. This position oversees all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a combination of strong HR expertise, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.</div> 

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Working as a business partner with all members of management and understanding their objectives so solutions can be provided to support the operation.</li><li>
Manage employee relations and facilitating issue resolution including investigation, documentation, and possible corrective action and consequence.</li><li>
Serving as an internal consultant to management on a broad range of HR topics including performance management, talent development, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</li><li>
Ensuring the completion of an accurate weekly payroll.</li><li>
Partnering with senior management and recruiting team around workforce planning and candidate selection process.
</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's growth and objectives.</li><li>
Interpreting, educating and informing leaders and associates on company policies and procedures.
</li><li>Managing on-boarding and orientation process for newly hired employees</li><li>
Drive employee engagement initiatives and event planning to foster a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.</li><li>
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.</li><li>
Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and legislation</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and regulations</li><li>

Position Summary: 
As the Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and collaborating with HR management in supporting Core-Mark. You will drive employee engagement and help build a people first culture, while also supporting recruiting efforts, safety, workers compensation, payroll, benefits, and training functions. A successful candidate will maintain HR compliances, contribute to innovative HR practices, and play a strategic role in ensuring an environment that enables all. 
 
Position Details:<ul><li>
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours</li><li>
Work Location: Glenwillow, OH<ul><li>
Travel/Training: This is an onsite position at the Cleveland, OH OpCo {30300 Emerald Valley Parkway, Glenwillow, OH 44139} with limited travel for training</li></ul></li><li>
Schedule: onsite, 5 days per week, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (subject to change based on the needs of the business) with expectations of extended hours twice/month</li><li>
Compensation: Base salary, depending on experience</li></ul>
 
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support onboarding needs and facilitate weekly new hire orientation.</li><li>
Provide backup for biweekly payroll for multiple locations long-term, of up to 600 associates at 3 different OpCo locations (Columbus, Cleveland, Heath OH).</li><li>
Performing HRIS data maintenance; including new hires processing and status changes.</li><li>
Administering various HR plans and procedures for all Core-Mark personnel including pay, benefits, and leave related processes.</li><li>
Addressing employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and HR programs.</li><li>
Conducting best practice surveys and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>
Providing employee relations support including conducting investigations.</li><li>
Providing legal support for all active litigations.</li><li>
Conducting regular audits on employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance.</li><li>
Assisting with responses to unemployment claims.</li><li>
Coordinating employee training, employee awards, and other Core-Mark programs.</li><li>
Providing additional support to HR process across Core-Mark.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
