If you&rsquo;re organized, confident, and passionate about real estate, social media, and client service &mdash; this is your chance to build a career with a growing company.Qualifications &amp; RequirementsMinimum High School Diploma (Grade 12) At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a reputed Real Estate company in Dubai Expert knowledge of DLD &amp; RERA procedures, including:<ul><li>Creation of A2A&rsquo;s, Contract A, B &amp; F</li><li>Hands-on experience</li><li>with property listing portals:</li><li>Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and social media platforms</li></ul>✅ Strong interest in social media marketing, posting, and lead generation✅ Exposure to video creation, editing, and graphics is a huge plus✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) &amp; QuickBooks✅ Excellent English communication and customer service skills✅ Presentable, punctual, responsible, and well-organized, Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office operations</li><li>Prepare reports, statements, invoices, and expense summaries</li><li>Handle commission distribution and maintain financial records</li><li>Create and update property listings on major portals and social media</li><li>Assist agents with documentation (RERA, DLD) and administrative support</li><li>Organize meetings, presentations, and data records</li><li>Conduct cold calling and client follow-ups</li><li>Support in marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsSalary: AED 2,500 per month Bonus: Performance-based incentive Visa:<ul><li>Preference for candidates on husband&rsquo;s or own visa</li><li>Employment visa may be provided after satisfactory performance</li></ul>Why Join Core Nest Real EstateThis is an ideal opportunity for ambitious and career-driven individuals who wish to learn, grow, and succeed in the Dubai real estate industry.
