 Digital Systems Director
 
 who can balance corporate governance and operational agility, and who sees technology not as a support function, but as a business enabler driving value creation across mining and metal operations. Digital Systems Director will be assigned at our headquarters in

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Master&rsquo;s degree (MBA or MIS) is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within mining, metal, energy, or heavy industrial sectors, including multinational or global organizational structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in developing and executing IT and digital transformation strategies in asset-intensive industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 General expertise in ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA), cybersecurity, infrastructure management, data analytics, and automation technologies (RPA, AI-driven solutions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in global project governance, multi-site operations, and integration of local and corporate IT architectures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder communication skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish are assets.
 </li>

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and lead the Group&rsquo;s IT and Digital Strategy in alignment with corporate and business unit goals, ensuring scalability and resilience across global operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the design, integration, and optimization of IT infrastructure, ERP platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and automation systems supporting mining, smelting, and industrial operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive digital transformation across all subsidiaries by implementing data-driven decision systems, business intelligence, and advanced analytics tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and enforce cybersecurity standards, risk management protocols, and business continuity procedures in compliance with global benchmarks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead ERP transformation programs, ensuring integration between operational systems and corporate platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology roadmaps, balancing innovation with cost efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and empower IT leaders across subsidiaries, fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented culture within the Group IT network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with global technology partners and consultants to identify emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and sustainability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide strategic guidance to the C-suite on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and technology governance.
 </li>
