Essential Functions</div><div><ul><li>
Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions via cash, credit card, and badge systems, including team member dine-and-deduct</li><li>

Assist with customer meal ordering at the Grille station (Food such as burgers and chicken sandwiches)</li><li>

Job Summary</div>

Essential Functions</div><div><ul><li>
Prepares and maintains serving lines including dishes, silverware, hot and cold food items, condiments, etc. Prepares and assembles cold food items such as salads, desserts and nourishments and ensures that all food and other items used are properly stored, refrigerated and dated.</li><li>
Serves food as directed, replenishing items as needed. Disassembles and cleans food stations after use by wiping counters, steam tables and warmers.</li><li>
Sets up and operates the cash register station and cash handling equipment to ensure the accurate collection of payments. Counts and balances the cash register, records totals, and deposits money to appropriate location.</li><li>
Performs routine and heavy-duty cleaning such as washing, scraping, scouring, and rinsing pots, pans, utensils and other equipment. Loads, operates, and unloads the dishwasher. Checks and stores all clean equipment in an orderly fashion. Cleans major equipment such as ovens, grills, dish machine, steam tables, mixers, etc. Transports refuse and/or other materials in large carts in a manner that ensures the safety of self and others. Maintains sanitary conditions through the completion of daily cleaning assignments including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and operating the mechanical floor cleaner.</li><li>
Sets up and delivers food carts to patient and other food delivery areas. Retrieves carts and returns them to the dish room for cleaning. Strips patient and cafeteria trays and sorts soiled equipment in preparation for cleaning.</li><li>
Works assigned station on the tray line, assembling patient trays in accordance to established standards meeting dietary requirements. Assembles patient trays with appropriate speed, accuracy and appearance. Delivers trays to patients verifying room numbers, bed numbers, birth dates and patient names to ensure delivery to the correct patient.</li><li>
Routinely participates in selected quality monitoring activities such as taking and recording food, refrigeration, dish machine temperatures, and other related quality assurance activities. Assists with the care and maintenance of department facilities, equipment, and supplies reporting malfunctions to management.</li></ul></div><div>

Our practice serves the community by providing comprehensive care for those diagnosed with general and oncological urology conditions. The urology providers include a team of 14 physicians and 14 advanced practice providers. Bariatrics has a comprehensive team that includes five skilled surgeons, three bariatricians, twelve advanced practice providers (APPs), two psychologists, and four dietitians. Our team supports ten practice locations, providing both medical and surgical weight loss options. We take immense pride in the strong relationships we build with our patients, their families, and our colleagues, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment. We follow our surgical patients for life, seeing them on an annual basis.
Our support staff is composed of registered nurses (RNs), medical assistants/ACTs, and patient service representatives (PSRs). Each member of the team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practices and the delivery of high-quality care.

<div><div>Entry level Receptionist Position which is a great way to get into a clinical environment.<div><div>
Job Summary</div>
Under the direction of the site designate leader, perform functions relating to business and office maintenance activities including but not limited to, patient appointments, registration, billing functions, cash collection, and phone communication. Follows the guidelines according to established policies and procedures. Must demonstrate and provide good customers skills. Follows Corewell philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.<div>
Essential Functions</div><ul><li>
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Answers telephone and directs calls to appropriate area/personnel. Utilizes effective communicative skills. in incorporated specific age, culture, and developmental needs.</li><li>
Access computer or appointment stored information necessary to perform patient exam. Initializes required paperwork associated with each procedure, including patient verification and confirmation of physician&rsquo;s orders. Generates exam request. Relays information to patients and family members according to and following HIPAA Regulations.</li><li>
Schedules appointments, consults with physician&rsquo;s/physician offices as needed. Managing film purging and transfer.</li><li>
Answer phones, provide assistance and direct calls in a courteous and efficient manner.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize work. Must be a team player. Must be able to manage concerns and situations of immediate importance. Provide adequate and prompt information to all customers. Enforce patient privacy and confidentiality.</li><li>
Monitors inventories related to the job and orders accordingly.</li><li>

Demonstrates competence in computer applications.</li><li>
Maintains employee medical record correspondence per protocol in the proper record format.</li><li>
Pulls and files medical records. Interfiles all correspondence and ancillary test results.</li><li>

Qualifications</div>
Required<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Strong communication skills, multi-task oriented, sensitivity to others.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize, self-motivated and ability to handle stressful situations.</li><li>
Able to accurately manage a great number of details in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service according to Corewell standards.</li></ul>
