   Assist in all phases of the design process on a variety of projects in size and scope
  </li>
  <li>
   Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  </li>
  <li>
   Foster a productive partnership with the client and project delivery team through regular communication and collaboration
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize appropriate software at a proficient level to create graphics and presentation materials
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the integration of the design process with other workflows and project tasks
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with project teams serving as concept champions throughout the project

   Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents
  </li>

   Apply knowledge of construction methods and timelines

   Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products

   Display strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills, and detailing

Elevate the hospitality experience in travel, translating brand stories into spatial experiences that evoke emotion and belonging</li><li>
Partner with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through inspired, buildable design</li><li>
Curate materials, finishes, furnishings, and details that reflect both design integrity and operational excellence</li><li>
Mentor and motivate a talented team of designers, fostering a collaborative, creative culture</li><li>
Lead design presentations that communicate a strong point of view with clarity and confidence</li><li>
Manage project delivery, ensuring design intent carries through documentation, construction, and completion</li><li>

Fluency in Revit, and familiarity with FF&amp;E selection, detailing and documentation</li><li>
