   Assist in all phases of the design process on a variety of projects in size and scope

   Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project

   Foster a productive partnership with the client and project delivery team through regular communication and collaboration

   Utilize appropriate software at a proficient level to create graphics and presentation materials

   Support the integration of the design process with other workflows and project tasks

Responsibilities:

The position allows opportunities to work with clients in the early stages of projects, seeking to understand the unique culture and work styles of each organization, with the goal of providing creative and strategic design solutions. As a member of the workplace strategy team, candidate may collaborate with the interior design team to create comprehensive user focused workplace strategies. Candidate may also engage in change management services with the client as they go through their workplace transformation.</div><br>

The ideal candidate must exhibit a passion for creativity and a love for problem solving in an entrepreneurial, team oriented, high functioning environment.</li><li>
Facilitate various client engagements, such as interactive workshops and visioning sessions, with both executives and employees.</li><li>
Be a resource in the firm for knowledge of current trends and shifts in the world of work, as well as be a leader in creative and strategic thinking for complex project processes and space solutions.</li><li>
Show a passion for researching workplace performance and space utilization statistics with the ability to apply this information to projects and client-specific goals.</li><li>
Work closely with studio members across the firm in various office locations.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required in interior design or related field of study</li><li>
5+ years as a designer along with 3+ years of experience in data gathering, data synthesizing, and research experience</li><li>

Effective oral and written communication skills are imperative</li><li>
Experience and/or certifications in change management is not required, but is preferred</li><li>
