Corner Home Medical is seeking a caring and knowledgeable Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT) to join our home respiratory care team. This role focuses on patient centered education, invasive and non-invasive ventilator management, COPD and Population Health management, clinical assessments, and other respiratory therapy technology. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide Patient Centered Care to our patients</li><li>
Collaborate with CHM management and staff to ensure high‑quality respiratory care.</li><li>
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, patients, and referral sources.</li><li>
Review new respiratory orders including invasive/non‑invasive ventilators, respiratory assist devices, Telehealth equipment, and supplies.</li><li>
Contact physicians and patients to confirm appropriate equipment and supplies.</li><li>
Set up respiratory equipment and provide comprehensive patient education.</li><li>
Perform patient education, patient assessments and complete all associated clinical documentation in accordance with our COPD and Population Health programs.</li><li>
Communicate necessary updates to referral sources and physicians.</li><li>
Complete all required patient follow‑ups and document findings according to policy.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between patients, caregivers, physicians, and CHM regarding respiratory care needs.</li><li>
Drive company or personal vehicle to patient homes and care environments.</li><li>
Monitor equipment and supply inventory and ensure readiness of respiratory equipment.</li><li>
Serve as an internal resource for staff regarding respiratory conditions and equipment.</li><li>
Assist with non‑respiratory equipment delivery and setup when needed.</li><li>
Participate in process improvement activities and special projects.</li><li>
Participate in rotating evening/weekend on‑call schedule.</li><li>
Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Graduate of an AMA‑approved Respiratory Therapy program.</li><li>
Minimum 1 year clinical experience in an acute care setting required.</li><li>
Minimum 1 year home respiratory care experience preferred.</li><li>
Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT).</li><li>
Strong understanding of COPD GOLD Standards.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>
Must remain compliant with all regulatory, CEU, and professional requirements.</li><li>
Excellent communication and listening skills.</li><li>
Strong product knowledge and ability to explain equipment clearly.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Proficient computer skills; high accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Positive problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.</li><li>
Motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented with strong customer service skills.</li><li>
Willingness to travel.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Drive for extended periods during a shift.</li><li>
Lift and transport respiratory equipment (up to 50 lbs).</li><li>
Standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching, grasping.</li></ul>
Work Environment<ul><li>
Office and retail settings, patient homes, sleep labs, and in‑vehicle travel.</li><li>
Frequent use of various respiratory equipment and computer systems.</li></ul>

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy helping patients, working independently, and delivering durable medical equipment (DME) in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. As a Delivery Technician, you will deliver, set up, and demonstrate medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities, ensuring safe and proper use. You will also support warehouse tasks, complete documentation, and represent Corner Home Medical with professionalism and outstanding service. Why Join Corner Home Medical? Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, perform daily safety checks, and log mileage per DOT and company standards. Participate in evening and weekend on‑call rotation as required. Follow all safety rules for lifting, loading, and transporting heavy equipment. Assist with warehouse duties, inventory tasks, and process improvement initiatives. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Continue learning product setup, repair, and usage information to support patient needs. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Lift, transport, and set up equipment weighing up to 150 pounds with proper technique. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record required. One year of delivery driver experience preferred (medical delivery experience a plus). Experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or field service helpful. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage route schedules. Strong computer and documentation skills. High attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented. Physical Requirements Frequent driving, entering/exiting vehicle, walking, and climbing stairs.
