About the Role: Corner House Realty is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and agents. This is a full-time, in-office position with consistent weekday hours.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Greet clients, agents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment</li><li>Handle incoming mail and distribute appropriately</li><li>Assist with processing checks and basic administrative tasks</li><li>Coordinate client touchpoints such as birthday cards and mailings</li><li>Support social media graphics and light marketing tasks</li><li>Assist transaction coordinators and team members as needed</li><li>Provide general administrative support to keep office operations running smoothly</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Comfortable learning and using basic office systems and tools</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experienceGrowth Opportunity: This role is designed to grow over time based on business needs and individual strengths.
