DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipping or storage. This role ensures that orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.<ul><li>
Order Picking: Accurately pick stock windows according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment</li><li>
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock levels</li><li>
Quality Control: Ensure that picked items are correct and undamaged before shipping</li><li>
Equipment Operation: Use stand-ups, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse</li><li>

Job Description 
The Tool and Die machinist repairs, and maintains small dies, fixtures, and all other tooling in conformance to customer and/or company specifications per control plans. Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, set up and operate machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to makes and repairs dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools. Maintains a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations. The Tool and Die machinist will report to the Maintenance Manager. 
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a machinist working with small stamping dies, machining tools and equipment components.</li><li>
Extensive experience with metal working tools including drills, milling machines, grinders and lathes</li><li>
Preferred knowledge of troubleshooting in die operation and die Assembly</li><li>
Experience in welding is a plus</li><li>
Preferred metallurgic knowledge understanding the properties of metals</li><li>
Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures</li><li>

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Machine Operator to work in our steel panel production department. This position is responsible for operating a roll form mill to produce steel panels cut to custom lengths.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a team first mindset, take initiative and own their work, while communicating with respect.
Essential responsibilities:<ul><li>
Operating a steel roll form mill, loading &amp; unloading steel coils with a forklift, banding and putting away steel.</li><li>
Know how to properly run the equipment to make panels to specifications.</li><li>
General understanding of how steel panels are used in construction.</li><li>
Learn and cross train on other machines.</li><li>
Inspect finish products for accuracy and consistency.</li><li>

 The Claims Representative is responsible for managing warranty claims from initial intake through final resolution while delivering a premier customer experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to balance accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
