Job Description 
Perform exceptional customer service and administrative job duties to support branch sales and customer service operations.<ul><li>
Greet, assist, and direct customers to appropriate branch staff. Ensure professional and courteous customer service.</li><li>
Accurately verify, update, and process customer orders in a timely manner including system status, payment method, and invoicing. Effectively schedule customer deliveries and prepare shipping documents.</li><li>

Job Description 
The Production Manager coordinates activities related to the production of company products. Their responsibilities include scheduling, fabrication, and shipment of all orders within the manufacturing facility. Work in conjunction with safety, quality, purchasing, transportation, and production control. An Operator is one of the key members of our production team. Daily responsibilities include safely operating roll formers, coil slitters, and flat sheet shears. The finished product is quality metal roofing and wall panels.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):<ul><li>
Checking and visually inspecting produced panels against specifications to ensure a defect free product has been produced</li><li>
Installing panel dies during tooling change and adjusting to panel specifications</li><li>
Entering production quantities for each order into computer system</li><li>
Operating a forklift for positioning coils at un-coiler</li><li>
Operating overhead cranes to load coil stock</li><li>
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment and assisting in other departments as needed</li></ul> 

Qualifications
