Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Design, implement, and manage security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, and encryption mechanisms to ensure the organization's networks and systems remain secure.
</li><li>Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in systems, networks, and applications.
</li><li>Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively address security breaches, incidents, and breaches.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
</li><li>Monitor network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to detect and respond to potential security incidents
</li><li>Analyze and investigate anomalies and security breaches, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, software development, and compliance, to integrate security into all phases of the development lifecycle and ensure a comprehensive approach to cybersecurity.
</li><li>Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of security processes, procedures, and configurations. Prepare detailed reports on security findings, incidents, and actions taken.
</li></ul>Required Skills:
<ul><li>7+ years of experience as a cybersecurity engineer with a specialization in designing and building implementations of required security controls; and implementing continuous monitoring and auditing of solutions for compliance with security controls.
</li><li>Strong skills in specifying and implementing log collection into tools such as Splunk, and performing querying and analysis of aggregated logs to identify security-relevant anomalies or risks
</li><li>Strong experience in implementing security controls from government regulatory frameworks and security standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, RMF, ICD 503, FISMA, FedRAMP).
</li><li>Experience with implementing controls for cloud, container, and DevSecOps services and solutions within IL5 to IL6+ environments.
</li><li>Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and infrastructure components.
</li><li>Proficiency in incident response, security incident handling, and forensic analysis techniques.
</li><li>Experience with security tools such as Fortify, Acunetix, and Prisma Cloud
</li><li>Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
</li><li>CISSP or equivalent certification to support DoD 8140 requirements
</li><li>Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly</li></ul></div>

Seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Scrum Master to support the IC customer. In this role, the candidate will deliver agile project facilitation and process leadership for efforts utilizing the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. The selected Scrum Master will coordinate with senior IC leadership, other contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with the customer&rsquo;s mission objectives. 
 
This position requires a professional with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships with very senior leadership, and the skill to navigate and collaborate across contracting teams and enterprise stakeholders. 
 
As a Senior SNOW Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling and enhancing IC mission capabilities by blending agile principles, SNOW expertise, and leadership to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Primary Responsibilities: 
 
Scrum Facilitation &amp; Agile Leadership: 
 
Act as the Scrum Master for projects using the SNOW platform, enabling agile processes and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, roles, and best practices. 
 
Serve as a key facilitator for Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. 
 
Optimize team performance, measuring velocity and managing team capacity to deliver defined goals and milestones efficiently. 
 
Collaboration with Leadership &amp; Stakeholders: 
 
Work closely with senior IC leadership to ensure project alignment with organizational mission priorities and strategic objectives. 
 
Collaborate across contracting teams and project stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure cooperation between teams supporting other contracts. 
 
Project &amp; Risk Management: 
 
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and performance objectives by managing risks, identifying potential blockers, and recommending mitigation strategies. 
 
Maintain consistent communication with senior leadership, providing regular updates, project status reports, and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 
 
SNOW Expertise: 
 
Guide teams in implementing and expanding ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring the platform supports mission priorities effectively. 
 
Coordinate updates, enhancements, and new capabilities in the SNOW environment by synchronizing with technical teams and ODNI leadership. 
 
Mentorship and Team Empowerment: 
 
Act as a mentor and servant leader, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration among team members. 
 
Provide coaching on agile principles and practices to team members, ensuring alignment and consistency across workstreams. 
 
Collaboration: 
 
This role involves daily interaction with senior leadership and integrated contractor teams, requiring strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
 
Qualifications 
Basic Qualifications: 
 
TS/SCI with Polygraph is REQUIRED. 
Minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years operating as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment. 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience. 
Agile &amp; Scrum Skills: 
 
Proven expertise in agile coaching, servant leadership, and Scrum Master roles within complex, dynamic environments. 
Ability to manage SNOW VTB boards (or equivalent tools) for tracking sprint progress, managing team workloads, and reporting metrics. 
Interpersonal &amp; Leadership Skills: 
 
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior leadership, including IC executives, by presenting concise updates and facilitating strategic discussions. 
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across multi-contractor and cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts and aligning stakeholders. 
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, communicate risks, and align team efforts with mission goals. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
 
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM). 
Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) environments, directives, and mission workflows. 
Experience working in a consultative role across multiple contractor teams and understanding diverse enterprise priorities.
