We are currently looking for a reliable and positive Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are NOT a DSO, we are a private practice that loves dentistry and our patients!This is a unique cross-trained position for someone with both dental insurance experience and the ability to assist the dentist when needed.We are seeking a &quot;people person&quot; who is organized, good with numbers, and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.The role is available as either a Part-Time or Full-Time position within our professional and respectful work culture.Responsibilities include:- Front desk duties, including patient outreach and insurance verification- Scheduling and confirming appointments- Collecting copayments and creating financial arrangements- Sterilizing instruments and setting up operatories- Assisting with dental lab tasksRequirements:- At least 1 year of dental experience- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills- A strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a team-oriented environmentWe offer competitive benefits, including employee discounts, paid time off, and quarterly bonuses based on performance and attendance.
