 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end P2P: PR&rarr;PO, RFQs, allocations, and ERP updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead strategic sourcing for direct materials &amp; packaging (e.g., coatings, minerals, chemicals, foam).
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive supplier selection, dual-sourcing, and allocation strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts; execute TCO analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, OTIF) and lead corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build dashboards, ensure ERP data accuracy, and maintain audit readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver clear performance updates to management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Material Engineering (or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on buying experience in
 
 direct materials
 
 both operational and strategic).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 SAP
 
 (preferred) and Excel/data skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid contract literacy and supplier development capability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven stakeholder management and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent English
