 Job Description

 Track innovations and improvement opportunities aligned with company goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute research and product development projects; run required analyses
 </li>
 <li>
 Research new / alternative raw materials and organize lab trials
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage laboratory and
 
 pilot-scale
 
 implementations
 </li>
 <li>
 Own R&amp;D studies and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate application results and steer new project directions
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 <ul>

 MSc or PhD in Chemistry
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year hands-on R&amp;D experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-driven, analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and experiments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and teamwork skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office
 </li>
