This role executes on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, while partnering with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure unified messaging and data alignment across all digital touchpoints.The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative &mdash; fluent in technical SEO but equally comfortable shaping content and brand strategies that build credibility, trust, and discoverability.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues.</li><li>Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, structured data, schema, internal linking, and accessibility tags.</li><li>Manage ongoing keyword research, search trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform content development.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure new pages and campaigns are optimized for both users and search engines.</li><li>Support content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and program materials to align with SEO best practices and brand tone.</li><li>Oversee local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profiles, NAP consistency, and local backlinks.</li><li>Monitor and analyze organic performance data using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.</li><li>Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to share insights, track lead attribution, and align SEO performance with overall funnel goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain monthly reporting dashboards summarizing rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.</li><li>Stay current on algorithm updates, evolving best practices, and emerging SEO technologies.</li></ul>ESSENTIAL FUNCTION STATEMENT: The previous duties are illustrative and not exhaustive.
