<div>Cornerstone Learning Center is a licensed childcare center seeking a Lead Infant Teacher!
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, hours based on centers needs
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.</li><li>
Implement activities that encourage each child&rsquo;s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.</li><li>
Take initiative, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.</li><li>
Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.</li><li>
Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.</li><li>
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.</li></ul>
