<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Role Purpose</b></h2>
</div>
<div><p>The Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Product Quality Architecture across plant operations. This position leads strategic initiatives aimed at elevating product quality standards, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints through the implementation of robust corrective actions. The Quality Engineer also drives PQA certification efforts, ensuring the plant meets and maintains key quality benchmarks. Additionally, this role provides critical support for daily product quality dispositions, collaborating across departments to uphold excellence in every stage of the manufacturing process.</p>

</div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure compliance with product specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to verify conformance to quality standards, identifying and addressing non-conformities or deviations as needed.</li>
<li>Perform internal audits of manufacturing processes, procedures, and documentation to assess compliance with quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.</li>
<li>Utilize statistical tools and techniques, such as SPC charts, Pareto analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA), to monitor process performance, analyze quality data, and identify trends or patterns.</li>
<li>Establish control plans and quality control limits to ensure consistency and reliability of manufacturing processes, minimizing variability and defects.</li>
<li>Establish supplier quality requirements, evaluate supplier performance, and conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive supplier quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain quality and reliability.</li>
<li>Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.</li>
<li>Implement quality improvement projects, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping exercises to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize product quality.</li>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality issues, complaints, or inquiries, facilitating timely resolution, investigation, and corrective action implementation.</li></ul><br>

Role Purpose</b></h2>

Corning employees will be impacted greatly with new capabilities with changes to our ERP system. This position will manage the Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for an ERP transformation project at a division and/or location</p>
<p>
The Organizational Change Management Manager be responsible for working, as an internal consultant, with the OCM resources across the ERP Transformation to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create an overall Transformation Change Schedule for their project that incorporates communication, change management and training activities</li>
<li>Ensure a cohesive OCM strategy integrated with the wider program and project needs</li>
<li>Design, develop and execute on planned OCM activities, enlisting program and project Subject Matter experts as needed</li>
<li>The Transformation Organizational Change Management Manager will play a key role to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Lead and implement change management activities for the ERP SAP/S4 Hana deployments while driving adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in alignment with change management methodologies. This includes designing, developing and executing on OCM activities as per plan and overall program OCM strategy and approach.</li>
<li>Integrate change management activities into project plans.</li>
<li>Following the Transformation Process Map (TPM), create actionable deliverables for the three key change management levers: Organizational Change Management. Communications and training.</li>

<p> Organizational Change Management:</p>

<li>Identify and manage stakeholders and sponsors for their deployment, assessing change impact.</li>
<li>Conducts OCM focused workshops, i.e. pre-sessions, early engagement activities, etc.</li>
<li>Support and engage senior leaders in the change effort.</li>
<li>Track and report change management adoption and successes.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience related to the developing &amp; successfully delivering change management work driven by an ERP implementation.</li>
<li>SAP S4/Hana or PS functional knowledge.</li>
<li>Experience standing up OCM communications, training and change management activities for an ERP implementation with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.</li>
<li>Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>PowerPoint and Excel intermediate to advanced skills.</li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous or ad-hoc situations.</li>
<li>Experience working as a team player and working collaboratively with and through others.</li>
<li>Experience influencing others and moving them toward a common vision or goal.</li>
