Your Role:</b><br>
<ul><li>Examine, review, verify, and control purchasing information within the ERP system to properly issue purchase orders to suppliers for promotional products.</li><li>Expedite purchases already made by contacting suppliers.</li><li>Analyze and recommend actions to resolve supplier problems related to delivery, quality, availability of goods, or other aspects of the purchase agreement.</li><li>Coordinate with Product Managers and suppliers regarding minimum order quantities, delivery lead times, promotional pricing, promotion forecasts, freight routing, and related issues.</li><li>Handle excess promotional inventory and analyze overstocks after promotion periods.</li><li>Work closely with the Distribution facility and Accounting to resolve supplier delivery issues and related invoice errors in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul></div><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b><br>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Minimum of three years of experience in a purchasing role.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Experience using MRP systems.</li><li>Ability to navigate computer programs and manage basic system functions.</li></ul></div>
