The primary focus of the Junior Finance &amp; Strategy Analyst is to support the Finance &amp; Strategy team in delivering structured and ad hoc analysis that supports business decision-making. The analyst will assist in interpreting data, preparing dashboards, and helping translate business needs into clear, actionable outputs.<br>

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</div><ul><li><div>
Assist in delivering analytical support across key business areas, including performance trends, and business planning activities.</div></li><li><div>
Work with team members to understand business requirements and contribute to structured insights and analysis.</div></li><li><div>
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and performance tracking tools using Power BI or Excel.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct basic data analysis and prepare summaries to support projects such as business reviews or performance deep-dives.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to financial models and planning activities by gathering inputs, cleaning data, and supporting research.</div></li><li><div>
Help prepare presentations and reporting materials for internal stakeholders.</div></li><li><div>

EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS</div><ul><li><div>
4-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field.</div></li><li><div>
Strong Excel skills &ndash; familiarity with functions like pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.</div></li><li><div>
Exposure to Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of core financial and business metrics.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work with datasets and extract relevant insights.</div></li><li><div>
Good communication skills &ndash; ability to summarise findings clearly.</div></li><li><div>

Finance & Strategy Analyst

What We Need
<br>Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our Fuel division. This position falls under our Comdata line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you are a trainer for the team and also serves as a mentor for their trainees. While being a trainer, this AM will spend several hours over the course of the day working with the trainee and validating the work they complete. This ensures that the AM understands where the trainee is having problems and where they have a good understanding of the process. Then the AM can focus their attention to the weaker areas of the trainee. They also serve in a QA-Quality Assurance role in reviewing account set up activities. You will report directly to Sr. Director Regional Account Mgmt and regularly collaborate with teams and other departments.

Role Responsibilities

<b>The responsibilities of the role will include:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Works directly with clients to provide day to day account support, problem resolution, research and analysis</li>
<li>Responds to inbound emails, fax, and phone calls</li>
<li>Develops and executes a client service delivery strategy for assigned clients around the needs, contracts specifications and cost components</li>
<li>Conducts regularly scheduled calls, presentations to review business performance, including training and education</li>
<li>Makes decisions regarding the set up and support of the clients assigned to their care and has the ability to approve financial fee and or transaction concessions • Prepares and presents solutions in advance to retain relationships</li>
<li>Uses customer feedback to monitor the status of service levels, identifies problems and revenue growth potential within the client base</li>
<li>Effectively interact with internal departments to support customer base</li>
<li>Introduces and promotes other Comdata products to satisfied client base; promote lead generation to Relationship Management Team</li>
<li>Retains client base of accounts and associated revenue through an appropriate level of contact with clients</li>
<li>Meets productivity requirements in regards to territory management and quality contact with customers</li>
<li>Trouble-shooting of client-raised servicing issues to determine if the issue is a system issue, training issue, or client configure</li>
</ul>
Qualifications & Skills
<br><ul>
<li>2+ years as an Account Manager overseeing a book of business</li>
<li>Experience with client support, problem resolution, and strategic account planning</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to mentor and train junior team members</li>
<li>Familiarity with Comdata products and services</li>
