<ul><li>Participate in creating Project baseline schedules, Project costs, Resource allocation as per TAQA requirements with Senior Planning Engineer.</li><li>Establish project Work Break-down Structure (WBS) and Project Control Strategy.</li><li>Establish a Tender &amp; Master Projects Time Schedule.</li><li>Participate in establishing a Cost Breakdown Structure &amp; earned value calculations as per TAQA scheduling requirements.</li><li>Create and implement project cost management systems and manage project costs throughout project lifecycle.</li><li>Accurately report total cost of projects considering various factors such as material, labor, commercial, PMC, etc.</li><li>Monitor actual cost against project baseline budget and taking corrective actions for items exceeding budget.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED11,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Planning TAQA Projects: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>TAQA Planning Engineer Certification (Required)</li></ul>

Planning Engineer (Electrical)

<ul><li>Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and facility infrastructure.</li><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems such as Generators, HVAC Systems, FF Systems to minimize equipment downtime.</li><li>Monitor equipment performance, diagnose recurring issues, and implement engineering solutions to improve reliability.</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, service records, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation.</li><li>Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Previous work experience at CMW site is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>CMW Project: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
