Your duties and responsibilities shall include (but shall not be limited to)<br>
</div><ul><li>
Assist in recording basic accounts payable transactions for different entities (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia)</li><li>
 Support the team in maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records</li><li>
 Help in preparing bank reconciliation data by matching transactions</li><li>
 Assist in simple data entry and general ledger updates under supervision</li><li>
 Provide support during month-end closing activities (clerical and documentation tasks)</li><li>
 Help follow up on old accounts receivable as guided by the team</li><li>
 Assist in invoice uploading on client portals and basic PO coordination</li><li>
 Support petty cash recording and expense/reimbursement documentation</li><li>
 Assist in organizing documents for audits and maintaining proper filing</li><li>
 Help with routine email follow-ups for non-confidential matters</li><li>
 Provide general administrative and clerical support to the finance team</li><li>
 Contribute to improving organization of records and basic process efficiency</li></ul></div>
