 We&rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Logistics Coordinator. This role is designed for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in logistics, supply chain, and customs processes.
 
 
 
 
 
 In the role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and will gain hands-on experience supporting real import shipments, learning how goods move internationally, and how accurate documentation and coordination keep supply chains running efficiently.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support day-to-day import operations in a fast-paced logistics environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing and submitting customs entries
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate import documentation for accuracy and compliance (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with importers, carriers, and external partners to ensure smooth shipment flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized and accurate shipment and compliance records
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with senior team members and learn industry systems and processes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field) preferred, but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a data/administrative/supply chain role preferred, but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail - you&rsquo;re comfortable working with data and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
 </li>
