The Occupational Health Support assists the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands by serving within the 5th MEB task area. The position&rsquo;s primary mission involves assisting in the conduct of tactical level command and control of Marine Corps forces within CENTCOM&rsquo;s AOR in Bahrain. The Occupational Health Support will perform the following duties:<br>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</div>
<ul><li>Provide safety management assistance by monitoring the overall Occupational Health Management administration program for Commanding General, 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade.</li>
<li>Provide guidance on Safety and Occupational Health issues throughout the command. Responsibilities include safety inspections, surveys; maintain appropriate files; verify safety, and facilities requirements; ensure all supporting administrative tasks are completed in accordance with safety and occupational health regulations and mandates (includes reports generations and distribution); and provide safety training and awareness.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance and advice to manager and command staff on safety and occupational hazards, including preparing various reports and making recommendations to management on decisions regarding the overall safety program.</li>
<li>Receive technical guidance and direction from the MARCENT Safety Manager (located in Tampa).</li>
</ul><div><b>EDUCATION</b></div>
<ul><li>HS diploma or equivalent required.</li>
</ul><div><b>EXPERIENCE</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum ten years of military experience.</li>
<li>Experience in safety management and occupational health, particularly within a military or defense context, supporting large commands or units.</li>
<li>Experience in managing and administering occupational health programs, including conducting safety inspections, surveys, and maintaining regulatory compliance.</li>

The position&rsquo;s primary mission involves assisting in the conduct of tactical level command and control of Marine Corps forces within CENTCOM&rsquo;s AOR in Bahrain. The Network Engineering Support Services directly conducts planning in support of contingencies, exercises, and executes Naval Integration actions, including serving as a local IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) to maintain MARCENT readiness and ensure the efficient execution of MARCENT OAMS tasks. The SCIF Management will perform the following duties:</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Work on complex problems where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various factors, providing the Command with a local IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) to represent and sustain MARCENT readiness in the TS/SCI environment.</li>
<li>Perform recurring services to meet the individual requirements of USMC C4ISR systems at garrison and deployed locations worldwide throughout the USMARCENT AOR.</li>
<li>Provide technical and mentor support for identified USMC C4ISR systems. Qualifications shall be commensurate with the proficiency level of work being provided. Minimum level of qualification in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2.</li>
<li>Supports USMC C4ISR equipment users and maintainers.</li>
<li>Provide SMEs onsite with specialized knowledge of the operation, technical processes, and maintenance requirements of systems, networks, and advanced operational techniques so the equipment user can most effectively exploit the capabilities of their USMC C4ISR equipment.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations for C4ISR architecture modifications to assist with mission requirements to support operational or training initiatives.</li>
<li>Shall NOT perform technical analysis or create classified data but shall assist the unit in implementing advance technical processes and analytical techniques, assist operators with optimization of equipment and network resources, advise the equipment user on how to tailor their systems to support unique reporting and operational requirements, and assist users and maintainers in diagnosing and correcting maintenance deficiencies.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of procedures, processes, and techniques; demonstrate how advanced capabilities are achieved, instructional support to equipment users in learning new techniques, and monitor equipment user performance to ensure the activity is correctly performed.</li>
<li>Ensure that all specified FTE certifications are current and maintained.</li>
</ul><div><b>EDUCATION</b></div>

</ul><div><b>EXPERIENCE</b></div>

<li>Experience as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network engineering and support services, particularly within a military or defense environment, with a focus on TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) systems.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work on complex network and IT problems, conducting in-depth analysis and providing technical expertise to sustain readiness and support operations in the USMC C4ISR systems.</li>
<li>Experience providing recurring IT services to meet the requirements of USMC C4ISR systems at both garrison and deployed locations within the AOR.</li>
