Job Role : Corporate Lawyer| CorpseedLocation: Noida Sector 63Experience: 3 &ndash;6 years |Job Type: ContractualShare your CV over shraddha.singh@corpseed.com or DM over 93112 16233Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, employment laws, and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Conduct land audits and legal due diligence for infrastructure, factory setup, and industrial projects</li><li>Advise on and ensure compliance with environmental laws, including CPCB/SPCB guidelines, EIA, and sustainability-related regulations</li><li>Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and vendor agreements</li><li>Represent the organization in legal forums and liaison with government departments as required</li><li>Monitor changes in government policy, statutory regulations, and court rulings related to corporate and environmental law</li><li>Ensure internal compliance with all applicable labour laws, business licenses, and registrations</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>LLB or LLM from a reputed law institute</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of proven experience in corporate law, labour laws, environmental compliance, and land due diligence</li><li>Strong understanding of central and state-level environmental laws and regulatory bodies (e.g., MOEF, CPCB, SPCB)</li><li>Experience working with industrial establishments, infrastructure audits, or consulting firms preferred</li><li>Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams</li><li>Highly professional</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your total experience in corporate lawyer role?</li><li>What is your inhand salary?</li><li>Are you an immediate joiner?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
