Position Overview
As the Assistant Food Service Director, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring food quality, and mentoring staff. You&rsquo;ll help manage production, enforce food safety standards, and contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment. In the absence of the Food Service Director, you&rsquo;ll take full charge&mdash;making this a key leadership position with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Ensure adequate resources and tools are available for daily food production.</li><li>
Oversee food quality, portion control, and service line operations.</li><li>
Supervise and train staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and security procedures.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation including production sheets, logs, and tool control forms.</li><li>
Conduct regular quality inspections and support the Food Service Director as needed.</li></ul>
What will I get paid?
$21 - $24 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications<ul><li>
Proven food service experience required.</li><li>
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
